Te Aka Pakihi is a 3-month business amplifier programme. You'll work alongside a tuakana with expertise and experience. Te Aka AI will sharpen your thinking, help run your operations, and keep you focused on what matters - to your pakihi and your people.
We have 12 spaces available in each cohort.

These answers help us get a head start on finding the right tuakana for you.
There are no wrong answers - the more detailed you are, the better we can match you with a tuakana.
For example: "I want to get clearer on my pricing and stop undercharging. Longer term I'm trying to move from doing everything myself to building a small team."
This could be something practical (cash flow, capacity, systems) or something harder to name (confidence, direction, knowing what to prioritise). Whatever it is, it helps us understand where you're at.
Launch day is Friday 18 September, 10am–1pm at Rutherford House, 33 Bunny Street, central Wellington (by the train station).
